Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at gadgyparts.com. We are committed to getting your replacement appliance parts to you efficiently. Please review the guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
- We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (all 50 states).
- We do not currently ship to US territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling time: All orders are processed, packed, and made ready for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or over the weekend, begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier.
3. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates
- Transit time: After dispatch from our US fulfillment center, estimated delivery across the continental United States is 2–5 business days.
- Total delivery timeline: You can expect your order to arrive within 3–8 business days from the date it is placed.
- Every shipment is dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse located inside the United States.
4. Carriers & Tracking
- We work with trusted domestic carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- After a tracking number is generated, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to display active tracking updates.
5. Shipping Rates
- Standard Ground Shipping: all orders ship with FREE SHIPPING.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, contact us right away at support@gadgyparts.com or +44 7747 157520 so we can work with the carrier and resolve the issue quickly.
