30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you received your item to notify us and open a return request.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, please make sure your item meets these criteria:
- Condition: The item must be brand new, fully uninstalled, and in the exact condition you received it in.
- Packaging: The product must come back in its original packaging with every included component.
- Consumables & Sealed Items: For safety, technical verification, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of parts that have been physically installed, or of consumable items (such as filters, brush rollers, or sealed battery units) that have been opened or removed from their protective wrappers, unless the item is defective.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items always qualify for a return or replacement, regardless of the conditions above.
The Return Process
1. Contact us first. Before sending anything back, please reach out to our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns shipped without prior authorization cannot be matched to an order and may be delayed.

2. Return address. All returns are handled at our United States returns facility:

Once your return is authorized, we will confirm the exact shipping instructions. Please do not send items to the manufacturer or to our UK registered office.
3. Return shipping costs.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We take full responsibility and will supply a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered by mistake, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in this case.
Refunds & Inspection
When your return reaches our US facility, our team inspects the item to verify its uninstalled condition and packaging.
- Notification: We will email you promptly after inspection to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5–10 business days to show on your statement.
12-Month GadgyParts Warranty
Every part we sell comes with our own 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery. If a part fails prematurely due to a verified manufacturing or structural defect, contact us at support@gadgyparts.com or +44 7747 157520 and we will send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Please note: GadgyParts is an independent reseller. Parts purchased from us may not qualify for the original manufacturer's own warranty or support programs. Our 12-month warranty is provided directly by us in place of any manufacturer coverage.
