At GadgyParts, we stand behind the quality and reliability of every replacement part we distribute. To keep your home appliances running smoothly, we back our products with a comprehensive store warranty.

12-Month Store Warranty

Every brand-new component purchased from GadgyParts is covered by our 12-Month Store Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

  • What is Covered: Internal component failure, electrical malfunctions, or structural defects occurring under normal residential appliance operation.
  • What is Not Covered: Damage caused by improper installation, accidental drops, water damage (outside of specified plumbing parts), modification, or standard wear and tear.

How to File a Claim

If a part you purchased fails because of a manufacturing defect within 12 months, contact our team right away:

  • Email: support@gadgyparts.com
  • What to Include: Your original order number, the name of the item, and a short description or photo/video of the issue.

Once your claim is approved, we will gladly arrange for a direct replacement part to be shipped to you at no extra cost. If a replacement component is out of stock at the time, a full refund for the item will be issued.

Independent Reseller Notice

GadgyParts is an independent distributor of high-quality replacement parts and is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by individual appliance manufacturers (such as Dyson, Whirlpool, etc.). Because we source through independent supply channels, parts are backed exclusively by this GadgyParts 12-Month Store Warranty rather than the original manufacturer's warranty.
